Social Studio is covered specifically in Section 4, which includes the New York service exclusion (4.1) and the AI-generated content disclosure (4.2).
Service availability
In response to New York Senate Bill 8420, which regulates AI-generated content depicting human likeness, Social Studio is unavailable to businesses operating in, primarily serving, or publishing social content to audiences in the State of New York. By subscribing, you represent that your business does not. Full text in Mantis Terms § 4.1.
Every post we produce, captions and images both, is generated by AI systems (large language models for captions, image-generation models for visuals) using your brand setup. You approve every post before it publishes. Images are original generations that are not photographs of real people, but they are stylistically photographic and may include human figures. If your jurisdiction requires AI-disclosure labeling on social posts, that obligation rests with you as the publisher. Full text in Mantis Terms § 4.2.
The free sample posts generated by the form on this site are for your inspiration. You're welcome to publish them as-is, edit them, or ignore them entirely. We don't claim ownership of anything we send you. You're responsible for whatever you post on your own social channels, including making sure it's accurate for your business and your local market, and including any required AI-disclosure labels.
Please don't abuse the form. One round of samples per email address, ever. We rate-limit and block repeat submissions automatically.
