When you submit the sample form on this site, we collect the fields you fill in: email, business name, city and state, primary pests, plus optional name and website. We also capture the IP address of the device submitting the form so we can apply a light rate limit (one round of samples per network per week). No analytics, no third-party tracking pixels, no cookies beyond what your browser uses to keep the page working.
We use that information to draft three sample captions for you, render matching images, and email everything to your inbox from the-pest-post@mantiscorp.ai (Mantis is our parent company). Captions are generated via Google's Gemini API. Images are generated via OpenAI's image model. Email delivery and the follow-up list run on Resend. We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it. Ever.
You can unsubscribe from the email list anytime via the link at the bottom of any email we send, or by replying with "unsubscribe." If you want your data deleted entirely, email the-pest-post@mantiscorp.ai and we'll handle it within seven days.
